LOCATION: Luxury villa Atlas was built in 2020 on the island of Hvar.
ROOMS: It consists of three apartments, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. It has six bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a sofa bed.
On the ground floor is the largest apartment of the villa at the entrance to the apartment there is a built-in closet with a large mirror, while the front opens to an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 8 people and living room. With fireplace and smart TV. These spaces are complemented by beautiful views overlooking the pool and the sea. There are two master bedrooms, each with a 200x210 cm bed, a built-in wardrobe, a TV and a private bathroom, including a bath and a shower. In the third room, the so-called cupboard, there is a TV and a sofa bed, which can be extended up to 160x200 cm. The cabinet has a view of the pool and a door leading to the pool. A separate bathroom with shower belongs to the closet. The first apartment also has another toilet and its own storage room, with a washing machine / dryer.
The second apartment on the ground floor of 87m2, at the entrance there is a built-in closet with a large mirror overlooking the living room with smart TV, dining room for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen. There is one master bedroom with a 180x200cm bed and a TV, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, plus another bedroom with a 180x200cm bed, a TV and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The two apartments on the ground floor are not internally connected, both can be accessed only from the outside.
The apartment on the first floor covers 110m2. The open floor plan combines a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 6 people, and a living room with a fireplace and a smart TV. In addition, there is a toilet. It has two bedrooms, one with a bed 200x200cm and the other with a bed 180x200cm, both with fitted wardrobe, TV and private bathroom. The first bathroom has a bath and shower, the second bathroom has a bath and washing machine. The exterior of the first floor consists of a hot tub with a beautiful view, a dining table and deck chairs.
SERVICES: Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. Food and beverage delivery or a private chef can be booked at an additional cost.
FACILITIES, SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT: Guests have at their disposal a private pool, two whirlpool tubs, outdoor shower and deck chairs.
BEACH: Pebble beach is 80 meters from the house.
