Gourmets agree in one thing - truffle is the highlight of gastronomy. It's a strange thing, mysterious and hidden underground. The ancient Romans attributed to it aphrodisiac properties because of the belief that the truffle was created as a result of the thunder that Jupiter, known for its sensuality, threw on the oak.
Truffle has no overground parts and humans can only find it with the help of specially trained dogs. The demonstration is held in the Istrian area of Prince's hill in cooperation with the famous family of truffle collectors. During the demonstration truffles can be kept, and the price of truffles is additionally charged. The demonstration is followed by truffle tasting.
