- In case of force majeure (low/high water level, closure of the waterway), the travel organizer reserves the right to change the itinerary and means of transport.
- The agency can cancel the package-arrangement and inform the traveler about it, but no later than 6 days before the start of the trip, and will return all payments received for the package-arrangement to the traveler in full, without the obligation to compensate the traveler, if the number of persons registered for the package-arrangement is arrangement smaller than 15
- The schedule of tours of all locations and facilities listed in the program or proposed by the agency is optional, i.e. optional, subject to change at the discretion of the attendant, and depends on the working hours of individual locations or facilities, the current availability of service providers in the field, and weather conditions.

- All passengers are obliged to comply with all epidemiological measures (mandatory wearing of protective masks in closed spaces and on the bus, restrictions when visiting localities during the trip and other restrictions in force at the time of travel).
- In the event of a travel ban for citizens of the Republic of Croatia to the selected destination or mandatory quarantine when entering the country of destination, the agency will refund all paid funds at the passenger's request.
- In case of cancellation by the passenger due to suspicion of infection or infection with the COVID-19 virus before or during the trip, the General Travel Conditions of the travel agency apply and we definitely recommend that travelers take out a travel insurance package
- By signing the package deal contract, the traveler accepts that he will obtain all the necessary documents required for the realization of the trip.
