Villa SVJETIONIK VILLA LANTERNA

LOCATION: The Villa Lanterna lighthouse was built in 1881 on the southwestern part of the island of Vir during the Austro-Hungarian rule and is an official zero category monument. The facility is located next to an extremely attractive sandy-rocky beach suitable for children and its own waterfront.

ROOMS: Villa Lanterna is categorized as a 5-star holiday house and is intended for accommodation for max. 8 people. It consists of two floors of which the total size is 180 m2. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms (two rooms are 21 m2), the third room is 17 m2 and the fourth room is 14 m2. Each room is equipped with satellite LCD TV, double bed and bathroom (bath / toilet), and two larger rooms have access to a large circular balcony next to the lighthouse tower overlooking the sea. The ground floor has common areas and a kitchen equipped with filter coffee and espresso machines, microwave, kettle, large refrigerator with freezer, stove with electric and gas cookers, oven and dishwasher. Furthermore, there is a dining room with a mini-bar and a small wine shop, a handy bathroom (sink and washing machine and dryer) and a large living room with a 130 cm² satellite LCD TV and Wi-Fi internet access. All rooms and rooms in the building are  air conditioned . Safety deposit box available.

SERVICES:  breakfast  is served every morning according to the wishes of the guests

FACILITIES, SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT: use of eight mountain-bike bikes, because the facility is connected by position to bike and trekking trails that stretch around the island.

In the immediate vicinity of the building there is an official hunting ground with mouflons, pheasants and quails. In the outer fenced yard there is parking for 4 vehicles. Villa Lanterna is located 8 km from the center of Vir with a wide range of restaurants, taverns and places to go out at night. The island of Vir is connected by a road bridge to the mainland, which offers additional opportunities for a comfortable tour of the surrounding natural and historical and cultural attractions (historical gem Nin, the center of Zadar, national parks Paklenica, Krka and Plitvice, etc.

WELLNESS: Outside the accommodation facility in the courtyard surrounded by a stone wall there is a mini-wellness  with sauna, whirlpool, multifunctional fitness equipment and outdoor sun deck in the garden with Mediterranean herbs.
