SALT ROOM - HALOTHERAPY Halotherapy or salt therapy is carried out in a salt room or salt cave. Halotherapy is a therapeutic method that is used in the treatment of respiratory and skin diseases. The therapy is based on the inhallation of crystalline microparticles of salt and exposure of the body to rock salt in dry aerosol form. A halogenerator blows dry aerosol micro particles into the room and this negatively ionises the air and saturates it with precious, life giving elements. The room temperature ranges from between 20 and 25 ⁰ C, the humidity is 40-50%, with a high concentration of negative ions. With salt therapy in the salt room, you are also, exposed to chroromatherapy and music therapy.
