This is one of the largest Montenegro villas. There are 7 superior bedrooms with king beds. There are also 5 large modern bathrooms. With a whopping surface area of 440m2, Luxury villa can comfortably host up to 18 people. Furthermore, this secluded estate offers complete privacy on 5000m2. So, if you are traveling with a large group of friends and family, this property will be a fun private playground.
The garden area has a heated infinity pool, which is certainly a statement piece. A gorgeous view stretches from here. There are sunbeds and cabanas to enjoy. There is the state of the art BBQ and outdoor dining facilities, as well. Furthermore, you can relax and watch TV in the separate lounge area. The wooden swing is bound to be a spot for memorable moments.
The interior of this place matches the rustic exterior. The wooden furniture complements the stone walls nicely. While renovated in 2016, this property holds its 17th-century roots near and dear. There is a Benedictine monastery nearby, that dates back to the same period. The estate has been in the same family for generations.
Talići Hill has a great hillside position. The panoramic view of the sea is equally stunning throughout the day. The sunsets are on a whole different level here, though. Just imagine – a candle-lit gathering of friends and family, good vine, the fresh evening air, and the setting sun painting the sky with millions of colors and shades.

Cancellation of the reservation 29 - 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount is charged
Cancellation of the reservation 14 days or less before arrival and no-show/no-show - the full amount of the reservation is charged.
