The specificity of Rogla is reaching the top of the mountain by car (something similar to Sljeme, for example). On the one hand, during severe weather conditions, this can create certain problems, but on the other hand, guests who are more comfortable come by car to the very heart of the mountain and park a few meters from the ski slope and a few meters from their hotel/apartment.
Accommodation facilities at the ski resort are located practically on the slopes, while their character is similar to that at the foot: wellness + family vacation in the snow. The hotel complex at the top of the ski resort (which is located at 1,573 meters above sea level, for example) is located on a kind of plateau of a large area. This provides ideal conditions for several activities. First of all, there is the increasingly popular cross-country skiing, which Rogla has been home to for a long time, both recreationally and competitively. In addition, the lack of slopes provides excellent conditions for ski schools, which have ideal conditions. The ski center on Rogla offers everything you need for a pleasant stay during the winter vacation.
