LOCATION: This beautiful villa is located in a very quiet and intimate location in the natural reserve Limski Kanal, which is one of the most beautiful landscapes of Istria. The channel is slightly longer than 10 km and is surrounded on both sides by steep cliffs, sometimes up to 100 meters high.

ROOMS: This five-star luxury villa is built in a contemporary style and offers plenty of facilities for your relaxation. It can accommodate up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, and can also accommodate an additional two support staff. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, TV and stereo surround system, fully equipped kitchen with bar, dining room with table for 10 people. In addition, guests have at their disposal a very well-equipped gym and spa center, as well as a billiards room with a lounge. All 5 bedrooms have a double bed (dimensions 180 x 200 cm), but in one bedroom the beds can be separated (90 x 200 cm). Furthermore, all bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and bathtub. Also, all rooms have an open view of the sea.

SERVICE: A fully equipped kitchen and barbecue are available to guests.

FACILITIES, SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT: A small sports airport located near the villa allows guests to arrive by private aircraft or helicopter. We can organize a flight for you for up to 12 people or offer you arrival by helicopter, which is at your disposal during your stay (all by arrangement, with extra charge). The runway is 800 m long. Due to its size and luxury, the villa can be used for business meetings, unique private gatherings, romantic vacations, etc.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION
Advance payment amount for confirmation: 40% (non-refundable)
Remainder due: 40 days before arrival.
For cancellation 40 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For cancellations 39 days before the arrival date or less, a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation price will be charged.
