LOCATION: This is unique villa in the Kotor bay area was built on the remains of an old family home dating back to the 1600s. Recently fully renovated, with the majority of work done by hand - including some pieces of furniture. It is an ideal choice for families, and groups of friends who want to spend time surrounded by nature, in the hills overlooking the Bay, with organic homegrown fruits and vegetables and water springs coming directly from the slopes of Mt.Lovcen.
ACCOMMODATION: Villa is situated in the area of Kotor, high in the hills. It offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, private pool, balconies and garden views.
The villa is made to fit the traditional architecture of the area, using mostly stone and wood. There is plethora of antique household items all over the villa.
There are five churches in its vicinity with some of them dating back to 17th century (visible from the villa, not built directly next to the villa).
The owners offer homemade dairy and meat produce to guests, organize hiking tours in the mountains and help pick herbs, and even provide fishing trips with them preparing the caught fish on secluded beaches etc. They also have two oldtimer cars that the guests can rent to see the bay and other sights. This villa is a perfect choice for people willing to avoid the hustle and bustle of the summer season yet spend their vacation at one of the most beautiful places in the world.
This three bedrooms Villa , located in Boka Bay Kotor is a luxury stone home that offers a quiet and cosy place for your vacation. There is also a private pool where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing. Inside the house, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room.

Advance payment amount for confirmation: 40% (non-refundable)
Rest of amount: at least 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation of the reservation 29 - 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount is charged
Cancellation of the reservation 14 days or less before arrival and no-show/no-show - the full amount of the reservation is charged.
