LOCATION: Situated in an attractive location close to the sea, just ten minutes walking distance from the town of Novigrad.

ROOMS: hotel category: 3, year of construction: 1970, years of renovation: 1998, 2005. 4 floors and 2 elevators, 220 rooms and suites, the whole hotel is air-conditioned, the hotel is not adapted for use by disabled persons. Rooms and suites: mainly with balcony facing the sea, 18 single rooms (9,5 – 12,5 m²), 173 double rooms (13,6 – 16 m²), 16 family rooms 2 double rooms, connected by a door (2x13,60 – 16,16 m²), 13 suites (29 – 32,8 m²). Room and suite equipment: bathroom with shower cabin or bathtub, hair dryer, telephone, SAT TV with 30 TV channels, air-conditioning (heating and cooling).

SERVICE: buffet restaurant, capacity 440 seats, with themed gastro dinners (Istrian and Fish dinners). Lobby bar, capacity of 80 seats inside and 120 seats on the terrace. Oliveto - top à la carte restaurant with a pleasant terrace by the swimming pool, capacity of 80 seats. Sirena – grill restaurant – with a rich choice of fish and meat specialities and a wide offer of wines, capacity of 250 seats.Punto Mare fun & beach zone – the centre of top summer entertainment, wide choice of drinks, cocktails and snacks, day and evening animation programme, evening live music and entertainment programme, capacity of 200 seats.

BEACH: a pebble beach has been awarded the international eco-label Blue Flag, 2 beach bars (Tamaris and Beach volley). Parasols and deckchairs – extra charge.
